The question of whether you want to hire or develop talent is one that all business owners must face. While hiring talent can be faster and easier, it doesn’t always lead to the best fit for your company.     For me, it’s clearly both. If I consider myself as one of the best, I’ll want to train someone that’s willing to at least catalogue my wisdom for future use.
    For the other 98% of what I do, get out the checkbook.
