While hiring talent can be faster and easier, it doesn’t always lead to the best fit for your company. For me, it’s clearly both. If I consider myself as one of the best, I’ll want to train someone that’s willing to at least catalogue my wisdom for future use.
For the other 98% of what I do, get out the checkbook.
